What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures: Wavy, Straight, and Curly. Since raw hair is in its most natural state each bundle is unique which means no two bundles are exactly the same. The differences in bundles are not noticeable enough for the hair to not blend.
Can I color my hair?
Yes! Our raw hair can be colored and bleached at any level, but we suggest you consult with a professional.
How long does shipping take?
Orders take 3-5 days to process. Delivery 1-3 business days
How do i pick up my order?
Place an order online and choose pick up at check out. If it is unavailable online then it is unavailable for pick up
How can i purchase wholesale?
To purchase wholesale you must purchase 10 or more bundles
Are there any refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are permitted 48 hours after receiving your package. The hair must be in the same condition you received it in for a refund. Bundles can not be unraveled, cut colored or dyed.
